Tanya Burr Selfie Story is the perfect mascara if you want dramatic, eye defining lashes. Forget false lashes, this mascara will get you selfie ready.

The Lowdown

The mascara comes in a really cute gold tube that makes it look more expensive then it is. It’s been designed with wide bristles to cover your longer lashes and a tapered lash end to coat the smaller hard to grab lashes. The formula has a good consistency, not too wet, not too dry and quickly lengthened my lashes in one sweep.

I applied several coats of the mascara before adding liner and eyeshadow. Even after eyeliner my lashes were still visible and looked really lengthened and even had a curl to them. I did notice my lashes clumped ever so slightly but it was easily sorted with a lash separator. The mascara is buildable and I certainly didn’t get a spider leg effect when I layered it on to get a better impact.

The mascara leaves my lashes lifted and lengthened all day and I love it. It didn’t smudge, or streak and it feels really comfortable to wear. This is the first Tanya Burr mascara I’ve tried and I’m really impressed! It’s amazing value and a must have for your makeup bag.
