The Christmas season can be extremely hectic and very tiring. First you’ve got to strategically plan your Christmas shopping– fighting for a parking space and trying to source the perfect gift. Then you’ve got to please your nearest and dearest relatives and keep everyone happy over the festive period. If you get through it without a fight or two you’ve done well. If you haven’t well you’re probably in good need of a intensive pampering session. There’s nothing better than a day chilling out after a hectic few days, where you can put your feet up, have a cup of tea and all your favourite treats to release all the stress from your body. To help you have the ultimate destressing pampering night I am going to tell you a little bit more about some of my favourite Sanctuary Spa and Joules products.
Sanctuary Spa Shooting Star shower duo
This little kit contains a Body Scrub and Wet Skin Moisture Miracle. Perfect for leaving your skin feeling super soft and moisturised. Start off by rubbing the body scrub in to remove any dead skin. If you’re using the body scrub in the morning you can rinse it off with cold water to close your pores and make yourself feel more alert. Finish off by applying Sanctuary Wet Skin moisture miracle. The wonder of this product is that you can apply it to your skin whilst it’s still wet and you don’t need to wash it off. This set will leave you smelling amazing and feeling squeaky clean. This is definitely one of my favourite Sanctuary Spa gift sets.
Joules bath fizzers
Relax and unwind with this cute gift set. Encased in a egg box, there are four bath fizzers to give you a once in a bath time experience. Each fizzer is wrapped in individual Joules print paper and is completely unique to any bath fizzers you’ve tried before. These bath bombs really help me destress when I’ve had a hectic day of wrapping presents, making cookies and watching too many Christmas movies!

Your Autumn night in reminded my how much nicer it is in the evenings with candles lit and the lights turned down. I definitely like snuggling under a throw, the older I get the colder I feel, so I appreciate the cosiness. I am not a big fan of short days and long nights, but a little pampering makes it all more bearable!
