  1. Always struggled with exercise, especially as I have a bad back (fell off my daughter’s scooter!). I actually started pilates a month ago though, just 10-20 minutes a day and for once have found a form of exercise I can stick to. I can do it in my living room, free you tube videos and it doesn’t exhaust me like other more intensive workouts have in the past, but I can definitely feel the benefits after every session.
