What’s my face worth? Take a guess and discover the cost

When it comes to makeup I like to shop around and often use a variety of high street and high end makeup items. In my day to day look I find that my staple items like my foundation and concealer are more high end, whilst products like eyeshadow are often a lot cheaper (that doesn’t mean they’re any less quality however). Below you’ll find the products I’m currently using in my day to day look and how much they cost. Do you think you can guess what’s my face worth?

Here’s a bit more about the makeup I’m wearing- make sure you get your guesses in for what’s my face worth:
Rimmel Fix and Protect Primer
Rimmel Fix and Protection Primer is great for reducing the appearance of pores, leaving skin velvety smooth and ready for you to apply foundation . It also helps to absorb oil from shiny t-zones and giving your skin a subtle glow for when you don’t fancy wearing a full face. As you can see in the photo it did a great job in leaving my skin looking super smooth and oil free. Get your Fix and Protect Primer now.
Clarins True Radiance Foundation
My favourite kind of foundation is one that gives my skin a subtle glow whilst protecting it from the suns harsh rays. Clarins True Radiance foundation contains SPF 15, and works to illuminate and correct your skin tone. It looks so natural too which is perfect. Get yours here.
Bobbi Brown concealer
When you have stubborn dark circles like me, you need a concealer that is super durable – thick enough to cover the darkness, but not so thick it looks cakey. Bobbi Brown concealer is a duo concealer pot that contains a creamy concealer and a pressed powder to set it. As the concealer is really creamy you don’t need a lot for excellent coverage, however it is buildable. The only downside is the pressed powder only comes in one shades – regardless of what shade you buy the concealer in. It comes in 13 shades, and is a handy little kit to have in your makeup bag.
Sensai Triple Touch Compact
Sensai Triple Touch Compact contains a clear concealer, cream colour concealer and pressed powder to finish the look. As I’m using Bobbi Brown concealer under my eyes, I used the compact to set my foundation. If you want to read the full review head over now to see what I thought when I first tried it.
Green People blusher
This blusher is just perfect as it has such a soft, natural looking flush. It’s perfect for those who normally avoid blusher as it looks too artificial. It has a blendable mineral formula that lets your skin breathe, whilst giving your skin a really natural looking healthy glow. A must have for your makeup bag.
Sleek Solstice Highlighter palette
Sleek’s highlighters have always been my favourite as they are so pigmented and give my skin such a lovely shimmer. However I do love Sleek Solstice highlighter palette as it contains four different highlighters, two in cream finishes and two in shimmer. So whatever look you want to go for, this palette will help you create it. Grab yours now.
Makeup Gallery Eyeliner
This eyeliner is super cheap but it gets the job done. I use this to line the bottom of my eyes for a smoky look. You can get Makeup Gallery products from Poundland.
Makeup Gallery Pro Eyeliner
Another budget beauty from the Makeup Gallery range at Poundland. I do prefer liquid eyeliner as it’s more durable and I find I don’t have to drag the pen like you have to with some khol eyeliners.
Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Lashes
Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Lashes is a little pricey but it does a great job in giving me fluttery, volumished lashes. The formula contains a blend of nourishing oils and conditioning ingredients for healthy, glossy looking lashes. The mascara has now been revamped as Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Lashes Volume 2 which gives even more volume.
The Balm Nude’Tude eyeshadow palette
This twelve colour eyeshadow palette has a mixture of matte and satin shades. It contains a variety of lighter and darker tones to help you create a variety of different looks. I would say there are more darker shades then light, so it’s probably more of an evening palette for me. That said some of the lighter shades in the palette are pretty versatile so can be used to add a bit of lighter contrast if you’re using some of the darker heavier shades. Get yours now.
I am honestly shocked to find my face worth is £186.97 (when you consider the full priced RRP). When I buy makeup I see it as a bit of investment to last a while so when I do tot it all up it’s shocking to see how much I really spend.
I’m sure you all probably spend more then you’d like to think on makeup too. I’d love to know what your face is worth, do let me know in the comments below.

Just replied to you on twitter too. Scared the life out of me when I added it up. £350 eek! High end makeup Yup. Will I change it. No! I know what I like. The only one I don’t spend loads on is lipstick as I tend to just wear a lip. balm during the day
About £150?? Some of that is very expensive makeup. More than I spend on makeup anyway.
Some amazing products here, but also some that are a bit above my budget! 🙂 A very interesting read
This is a really interesting article. I have never even thought about how much my make up costs when all added up. It’s a pretty high amount though!
Never really thought of it this way before – must see what mine costs
This is such a fun idea, I just worked mine out and it’s £265.47!!!!!
It is scary when you add it up. For me my biggest spend is not on make-up but eating out and takeouts and that scares me. Fortunately I’ve won a lot of makeup through competitions so my face is still worth under £3, haha
Well done. I spend loads on takeaways too haha
