  1. I read this post with gusto because my sleep pattern is all over the place. I do think dark curtains help the most and turning my phone off before I turn the light off or leave it downstairs. Have also started taking CBD oil which I think maybe helping

  2. Great suggestions. The only thing I would add is that blackout curtains are wonderful you must also close the door and turn down or shield any LEDs on bedside radios etc.
