Birchbox gives lots of opportunities to try new products and when I saw Mirenesse Secret Weapon iCurl 24 Hour Mascara I was secretly quite excited. I’m always on the hunt for the best mascara and Secret Weapon claimed to give the ultimate curl and length. I often use budget mascaras, so it was nice to try something that’s different to what i’d normally buy. Watch me try the mascara for the first time and discover my first impressions.
So what did I think? The mascara is great at adding curl to my lashes and really helped to define them. What it wasn’t so good at was adding volume to my lashes, if I was wearing eyeliner I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t be able to see my mascara much at all. For the cost you could probably buy a budget mascara that works just as well.
