Looking after my skin is important to me and I’m always looking for products that can help achieve a dewy finish without makeup. The skincare market is huge and so many brands sell products that claim to give a radiant or glowing finish. One such product is Pietro Simone Dewy Reboot hydration booster compound.

How does Pietro Simone Dewy Reboot hydration booster work?

Pietro Simone has designed a serum that aims to reboot your skin with an innovative anti-pollutant skin shield technology that helps reboot and renew your skins epidermis. The compound contains a serum that’s been infused with a stable vitamin c, Glutathione complex and a four dimensional hyaluronic moisturising system. Here’s how it works on a deeper level:

  • The Dewy Reboot serum uses bio-engineered peptides which help to trigger your skins epidermis to convert light energy into cell energy revealing dewy, radiant skin.

  • It contains 100% stabilised Ascorbic acid and submicrometric Gold particles which combined with Glutathione help to fight the effects of enviromental damage and free radicals, uneven skin tone and spots.
  • It helps to plump your skin through the use of its four different hyaluronic acid structures.
  • The advanced probiotic compound helps to restore your skins instictive defences, and overtime strengthen your skins barrier to better retain moisture and keep dry skin at bay.
  • The serum is ethical and sustainable and has recently been voted as one of The Guardian’s top five ethical skincare products.

Pietro Simone Dewy Reboot review

Typically I would use two retinol products at night before bed, but for this review I have been using the serum exclusively for the last few months

The serum is a light, milky liquid that has been infused with a lot of what looks like glitter particles. It has a slight smell to it which isn’t the nicest but it’s not awful either. The product recommends you apply one or two pumps to your skin. As the product is quite runny I applied it to my hand first then transferred it to my skin. I dabbed a small amount on each part of my face then gently rubbed it in. It does not feel overly sticky and absorbs into my skin fairly quickly.

After applying my skin does feel quite soft and hydrated. Whilst the serum is quite glittery this does get absorbed into my skin quite quickly and you don’t really notice it after a while. I did find over the weeks I’ve been using it my skin does seem brighter, plumper and a little more alive. Whilst it is hard to notice the difference on a day to day basis, when I look at the before and after photos I do notice there has been a change in my skin.

The Pietro Simone Dewy Reboot serum does make my skin feel nice and works well over time. It has some amazing ingredients inside which help revitalise and restore your skin whilst protecting it from enviromental pollutants. It is a bit expensive but as you only need a small amount for each use it would still last you a fair while.

  1. This product sounds so good. I’ve tried others that promise so much but don’t deliver. This one looks very promising

  2. Sounds impressive! I’m a big fan of HLA and peptides and I’d like to try a probiotic for my skin. I really appreciate the before and after photos, too – your skin looks lovely and luminous.

  3. Ah this looks amazing and id really love to try it as the menopause has caused by skin to be so dry and sallow. Ive tried the typical creams and oils but they leave me greasy and then spotty… the menopause has certainly taken its toll on my hair/nails and skin.

  4. This does look good but as you say quite expensive i would like to have a test kit before i buy it.
