Healthy banana peanut butter ice cream recipe you’ll love

Are you on a diet? Think you can’t eat anything sweet anymore? Think again! When you start eating healthy, it will not prevent you from eating your favourite sweets treats (yes that includes ice cream!). You can use fruits and nourishing ingredients such as banana, peanut butter, dates, molasses, nuts, honey, and much more to make healthy, delicious sweet treats easily. But here in our recipe, we will make delicious banana peanut butter ice cream using these ingredients, and it gives the same texture as natural ice cream.

Total Time, preparation, and cooking: 3 hours ( for frozen banana) and 10 minutes.
Calories: 150 kcal.
Ingredients for banana peanut butter ice cream
- Three large bananas.
- Two tablespoon peanut butter.
- Topping: chocolate chips and some peanut butter.
- For more sweetness, add one or two TBSP date molasses.

Instructions on how to make banana peanut butter ice cream:
- Peel and cut the bananas into medium pieces. Arrange them in a plastic bag and freeze them for 3 hours.
- Once the frozen banana is ready, transfer them to a powerful blender and mix the banana until smooth.
- Then, add the peanut butter and keep blending until it becomes creamy.
- Now, place the banana ice cream in a food container and freeze it for 1hours.
- Your delicious banana ice cream is ready now. Serve it in a bowl and top with some chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Note:
You can add two tablespoons of milk to make the frozen banana blend effortlessly.
