What Primark says about their Rich Colour Lipstick range
Primark Beauty has some amazing shades in their new Rich Colour Lipstick range. The lipsticks are super pigmented which means you’ll get intense colour in a instant. The lipsticks are enriched with Vitamin E and have a moisturising formula that hydrates and conditions lips. For the purpose of the review I’m testing the lipstick in the shade Provocative Pink.
The Lowdown on Primark Rich Colour Lipstick in Provocative Pink
I haven’t reviewed Primark’s makeup for a while so I initially mistakenly thought this was one of Kiko’s lipsticks. The packaging of this lipstick is very similar, from the silver tube to the push out mechanism. Primark’s version is a little more low end however when it comes to packaging as after no use at all the silver flakes are coming off the outer tube.
Provocative Pink is a gorgeous hot pink shade that glides on with ease. It has a matte finish but doesn’t feel drying. It does last quite a long time although eating and drinking tends to make it fade a lot quicker.
Out of all the shades, Provocative Pink is one of my favourites as it stands out but at the same time it’s not as intense as a hot red lipstick. The lipstick is really comfortable to wear and is a real bargain at only £3.00.

- Applies really easily without resistance.
- Doesn’t feel drying on my lips.
- A real bargain at £3.00.
Disadvantages
- The packaging seems quite cheap and on the first time I got it out of the box flakes of silver were falling off the tube.
