When you first open Tester Buddy you will be presented with one game, once you install that game you will be shown a few more mobile games you can download, and these are arranged according to how much they pay. Tester Buddy does not have a huge number of games available to play at one time, so it does allow you to concentrate on the games you like the most.

Once you’ve installed a game it will go onto your game screen and show the various levels you need to complete to earn rewards. You will need to accept Tester Buddy’s request to track your progress on the app, or you will not earn anything.

Tester Buddy pays both bonus points and free cash, and different games cater for different levels of rewards. For example, Dice Dreams often offers you free cash where if you purchase items through the game you will get cash for it. You can also reach a certain level and be rewarded with free cash which is normally around £50.00-£100.00. Once you hit a level the pay-out is instant, this is quite satisfying as you know you’ve reached your next goal and can cash out if you have enough points.

One of the best things about Tester Buddy is that you can get longer than 30 days to earn rewards. This will give you more time to complete the levels which can take some time, especially if you have to reach level 1000.

Tracking works well on Tester Buddy, I can’t say I’ve had one game that has yet to track when using the app. This is great news as I’ve heard it’s hard to get a response from support if you have issues. I  haven’t contacted them myself however so I can’t say how true this is.

Rewards are paid out in points which you can exchange for rewards. The rewards available include Amazon vouchers, PayPal and Apple rewards (this may be Google Play for Android users). For a £5 Amazon voucher you need to have around 27000 points, if you want to cash out through PayPal this increases a fair bit. Personally, I would recommend Amazon vouchers if you don’t have a huge number of points as you get more for your money.

You can cash out once you’ve hit £1.00 which is fantastic, however you can also save your money until you hit £50.00 if you want. Once you have enough points to cash out, click on the reward you want and its normally processed within a hour. I’ve personally never had any issues cashing out and I have always got my reward really quickly. I have earned around £323 through this app, however I did buy some in game purchases to get free cash and progress through various games.

How to make money online using Testerup

Testerup has a lot more games available to play, and very high level of rewards for most games. After installing the app you will be presented with every game available, and the maximum amount you can earn if you played every level of every game. My current maximum earning is around £2,079.55, it certainly sounds a lot but requires a lot of time dedicated to playing mobile games.

With Testerup you only get 30 days to complete each game before you cease to earn rewards, so try not to commit to playing too many games at one time. To start earning rewards click on the game you want to play and you will be asked to download it, once installed make sure you enable the tracker, or you won’t earn anything.

Each game has different levels of rewards, and once you meet that you will get a monetary reward, this increases as the levels increases. As soon as you hit a reward this is applied straight away and is added to your cash total for that game at the bottom of the screen. To get your funds you need to confirm you’ve finished playing the game, tick the box at the bottom and your funds will be transferred. You will not be able to play that game once you’ve confirmed you’ve finished playing so make sure there’s nothing left you want to complete on it before doing so. So far, I’ve played around two games and I’ve earned credits totalling £14.80, this was for completing the first few levels of each game.

One of the main issues with Testerup is that some levels or installations simply will not track no matter what you do. If you have completed a level that doesn’t track, you can contact support and they will request a video asking you to provide proof of the level you completed, any purchases you made etc and that will normally enable you to get your rewards, however it is frustrating.

You can cash out through PayPal once you’ve hit £70.00 This is quite a large amount, and is pretty off-putting. However If you complete the games quickly it shouldn’t take too long to earn that much.

Testerup is a great app for its large number of games and large pay-outs, just make sure you watch out for the 30 day timer. Whilst it’s let down by its large cash out amount, if you spend a lot of time playing games it shouldn’t take too long to achieve. Inbox Pounds pays you for playing mobile games

Inbox Pounds is probably one of the most well-known ways to make money playing mobile games. Inbox Pounds is the sister site to Swagbucks, and basically offers the same games and often the same rewards. Payouts on Inbox Pounds are pretty high for some games, but really low for others, and new games pop up over time. If you see a popular game with a low reward, I would recommend waiting to play it as this will probably increase at a later date and you will kick yourself if you miss out.

To find a game to play, sign up to Inbox Pounds and head to the offers section, the games are integrated with the other offers available. Often the featured games are the highest paying, and these are placed at the top of the screen. You can also search through the offers to find another game you want to play. The highest earners at the moment are StormShot (£175.00) and Alices Mergeland (£516.50). I would recommend only playing the games with layered pay-out levels as you will definitely earn something if you play it regularly.

Games that only have one reward often require you to reach a certain level in a short period of time (7-14 days). As a result you’re less likely to earn a reward if you don’t hit that level. For example one game I played had a reward of £19.00, where you had to reach level 100 in 7 days. It seems easy at the start as you progressed through the levels quickly, but once you get to level 30 you run out of funds and that’s pretty much it unless you invest money, which is not really worth it on low paying games.

The higher levels on same games can be unachievable, especially when you often only have 30 days to reach that level. For example, on Alices Mergeland to reach level 25 you will need to spend around four days intensively playing to get enough XP to finish that level. Just bear in mind you do still have to eat and sleep when playing games!

Some mobile games will give you the chance to make purchases which you will get refunded for, and sometimes get extra on top. For example, if you spent £99.99 on Jackpotland you will get back a total of £150.00 as it triggers all the purchase rewards.

Once you’ve hit a reward you will occasionally get an email to inform you, but often you will have to click on the purchase ledger to see that it’s tracked. If it hasn’t, they recommend you wait around seven days then raise a ticket so they can investigate. Inbox Pounds does have an issue with some levels not tracking, and again this is frustrating having to chase this up. Once the offer has tracked it will take around 14-30 days to complete and for you to get your cash rewards.

There are a large number of payment methods through Inbox Pounds, these include PayPal, Amazon and many high street vouchers. I normally choose PayPal, and it takes around 5-7 days to receive the funds. To date I’ve earned over £300.00 from Inbox Pounds and I do not play that often.
