With that thought in mind, the female nutrition experts at Free Soul have created their own version of the smoothie, inspired by the viral TikTok trend, and their nutrition expertise.

Method to help you create Hailey Bieber’s strawberry glaze smoothie for almost half the price:
In order to create the strawberry puree on show in the original smoothie, pair maple syrup and strawberries in a bowl, and heat them up in the microwave, before pushing through a sieve for smoothness. You can then use a spoon to drizzle this mixture around the edges of your glass or container, and add 120ml coconut cream to the bottom of your cup.
Meanwhile, hollow out your avocado and put ¼ into your blender. Add 240ml almond milk, 350g frozen strawberries, and a drizzle of maple syrup to taste. Add two dates, a scoop of Free Soul Vegan Protein Blend, one sachet of Free Soul Marine Liquid Collagen and a teaspoon of Sea Moss Gel, and blend! Decant into your cup and voila!
You’ll notice that the hyaluronic acid is missing from this version of the smoothie, but thankfully Free Soul’s Marine Collagen drink contains both hyaluronic acid and keratin, to promote healthy skin and hair.
Plus, you’ll get plenty of nutrients from the fruit, veg, and Sea Moss Gel in the Free Soul version. Plus, it’s not as if you’ll see instant results from taking hyaluronic acid or collagen – the best way to improve your skin is through consistent positive dieting and regular exercise!
Lucy Murray, expert in plant-based women’s health at Free Soul, comments: ‘this smoothie tastes great, contains loads of healthy nutrients, and is cheap to make if you buy the ingredients yourself! The skincare elements might be harder to come by or more expensive, but natural, healthy produce feels good and does good for your skin!
