Want to revitalise your skin? Choose natural ingredients
Nature provides us with a wealth of ingredients which have beneficial effects on both the mind and body. They make it possible to effectively get rid of various health ailments and also have a positive effect on our beauty, improving the condition of our skin, hair and nails. A big problem for many women is a tired, dull complexion. In this case, nature can also help. Here are the ingredients of natural origin that will have a beneficial effect on this skin condition.
Hydrolysed marine collagen
Collagen is a protein that builds all the cells in our body and provides strength and elasticity to the tissues. Collagen is found in cartilage, bones, teeth or tendons, but also in our skin. Unfortunately, its production decreases significantly with age. This results in a dull, lacklustre complexion as well as sagging skin and wrinkles. Collagen supplementation promotes the regeneration of damaged tissues, which helps to make our skin considerably more elastic. Regular intake of this active substance leads to smooth and well-tightened skin, allowing us to enjoy a fresh and youthful appearance for longer.
Rosehip extract
Rosehip extract has a regenerative effect and restores a nice skin tone. Taking supplements with this ingredient results in the alleviation of skin discolouration and irritation and even acne lesions. In addition, the elasticity of the skin is improved, and the exfoliation of the epidermis is promoted. The high vitamin C content of rosehip extract supports the immune system and protects cells and tissues from oxidative stress, which contributes significantly to delaying the skin ageing process. In addition, vitamin C supports the natural production of collagen, increasing the density and tone of our skin so that it is revitalised and regains its former youthfulness.
Turmeric rhizome extract
Turmeric rhizome extract has an antioxidant effect, i.e. it fights free radicals, making our skin look better and keeping it younger for longer. In addition to this, the ingredient has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and has astringent and cleansing effects, which help to maintain healthy skin. Supplements containing turmeric rhizome extract can revitalise the skin, restore hydration, normalise the sebaceous glands and have an anti-ageing effect.
Supplements with natural ingredients
If you want to revitalise your skin quickly and effectively, you can use dietary supplements with one of the listed natural ingredients. Each of them will help to revitalise your complexion, restoring a healthy and radiant appearance. In addition, these extracts have an antioxidant effect, thus delaying the ageing process for skin helping it to look younger for longer.
It is also a good idea to opt for a supplement that combines several of these active natural ingredients. It will allow it to work multi-dimensionally, and its effect will be stronger, as the ingredients contained in it will complement each other for even better results.

I love everything with Aloe Vera and pukka health supplements
I never knew turmeric had such effects on the skin. I’ve always known for it to be great for their antibacterial properties but not for younger skin. Well I’ll be adding more of it to my curries and lattes then
I knew turmeric was good for you and we put it in our smoothies often, but didn’t realise it was good for the skin too, that’s great to know!
Turmeric is fantastic, if has so many uses. I’m never without it, garlic, ginger or honey in the cupboard.
Never knew turmeric was good for the skin, I take it for achy joints, it’s a really multitasker hero.
