You can link 8 social media accounts and have 100 scheduled posts – this is what I use. Other options available are:

  • Small business plan – this costs $99 a month and gets you 25 social media accounts, 5 team members and 2000 scheduled posts
  • Medium business plan – this costs $199 a month and gets you 50 social media accounts, 10 team members and 2000 scheduled posts.
  • Large business plan – this costs $399 a month and gets you 150 social accounts, 25 team members and 2000 scheduled posts.
  • Custom plan – this will get you access to 150+ social media accounts, 25+ team members and 2000 scheduled posts.

If you don’t want to pay monthly there’s the option to pay annually and then forget about it till next year when you renew your membership.

Schedule your content on multiple channels at once

If you’re micromanaging several different social media platforms it can be very time consuming. Buffer allows you to schedule content on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram all in one go. You can customise each promotion to suit the platform it’s going to be scheduled on.
For example you could choose to promote on all four channels or just one or two if you’d prefer. Certain platforms have limitations on how your promotion is shown, for example Instagram pictures have to be a certain size to be published whilst Twitter doesn’t allow link attachments.

Get up to date analytics and insights

Whilst most social media platforms are pretty good at providing analytics these days it’s always good to have everything in one place. Buffer gives you a in-depth insight into how much engagement each promotion got. The insights will depend on the social media platform, for example Twitter tells you how many likes/retweets/clicks and mentions the post got whilst on Instagram it will tell you how many likes and clicks you got.

Reschedule content with one click

When you’re promoting content regularly you want to make sure your schedule is always full. You can schedule content straight away, change your description and photos and change the scheduling time.
