It’s strange how we can use the most unique of objects as our book marks. Even though bookmarks are generally readily available we’ll use the latest receipt, bus ticket, or even old notes that we have lying around.
When I’ve bought books from bootfairs I’ve found rather unique items used as bookmarks , like old club invites and tickets to places. Surely these people missed them when they couldn’t find them anymore? God forbid someone placing a winning lottery ticket as a bookmark!
What are your thoughts on the matter? Do you use anything random for a bookmark or do you just prefer to fold the page? Comments welcome!
